@abarker that was directed at Michigan and comments their governor made about there being a shortage. They have not grown in 25 years and have 300,000 more homes than they did in 2000. I linked to an article I wrote about it. I use it as one indicator that this problem is more complicated than a supply/demand issue, including much needed restrictions on institutional investors.
